Trust TV folding Up? Workers asked to go home without pay

Trust TV

Things seem not too well with Kumasi based Television network Trust TV.

The Taabea owned digital broadcasting network and multimedia production house station which started operations barely two (2) years ago is almost folding up.

According to reliable information available to www.nydjlive.com, some staff of the media outfit were asked to go home yesterday August 2 2016 without their July salaries. They have however been assured their salaries would be paid at a later date.

The decision according to an inside source was due to the station’s inability to generate enough money for its operations.

The station has for the past three (3) weeks stopped all live programmes.

A staff explains the inability to air live programmes is due to the fact that their machines have developed faults and are currently awaiting an expertise from South Africa.

More soon.
