Shatta Wale visits the Blackstars ahead of Mozambique encounter

Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jnr aka Shatta Wale paid a friendly visit to the national team of Ghana, the Blackstars ahead of their encounter with Mozambique.

The musician who is friends to the team and serves as a moral booster for the boys joined them at dinner in Accra where they exchanged pleasantries and had a good laugh.

In 2014, Shatta Wale was named as one 15 celebrities chosen as ambassadors by the Ministry of Youth and Sports to rally for support for the Blackstars. But for an unforeseen challenge, Shatta Wale could not join the Blakstars for the 2014 Worldcup which took place in Brazil.



The Blackstars of Ghana plays against Mozambique in the qualifying stages of the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations.

The Black Stars host the Os Mambas in Group H of the qualifiers on Thursday afternoon before traveling to play a reverse game in Maputo Sunday March 27.
